i appreciate the kindness of the staff. chelsea, tracy, and valentina made sure we were well accommodated. we had a disabled family member with us, and they were very good. the room was luxurious, and the location allowed easy walks to attractions.
the check-in experience was not smooth. the system had a problem, and i could not check in until later. i had to wait approximately 45 minutes before finally accessing my room.

jeff and alex were very helpful bellhops. they were excellent and friendly, the two were very strong. i am planning to come again.
we found two dirty tissues left on the floor inside our room. check in and lining up at the reception took a very long time. the furnishings and facilities are a bit dated.

the gym has new facilities it also has a view of the mini golf course. jeff the bag service was friendly. cordelia was very helpful with her responses. the room was huge and comfortable.
the hotel did not have a locking mechanism for the bathroom door
